1. The upper and lower guide rails of the line body are made of 100*118*2.0 special aluminum material, which is convenient for installing the material storage box and the surface oxidation treatment.

2. Support frame and lamp holder are made of 40*40 special aluminum material, corner connector connection and surface oxidation treatment.

3. The transmission chain adopts special chain with 3 times speed and 38.1 pitch.

4. Install two sets wire grooves, using 60*80 galvanized groove, force electricity groove (220V, 50HZ power supply wire), and weak electricity groove (TV signal wire H1-H8, OTK1-OTK4 position, network cable).TV signal connectors metal brackets,installed in working operations H1-H8 and OTK1-OTK4.

5. Each station (1800mm/station) is equipped with an European standard socket and one two-position three-hole socket. The main wire adopts 6㎡national standard wire.

6. With air screw driver hanging rail, the 25*30 special aluminum hanging groove as the slide rail, and one hanging wheel is prepared for each station (1800mm/station).

7. The top and bottom of the line body are equipped with 3/4 air pipes, and one quick joint is prepared for each station (1800mm/station).

8. Equipped with process card slot, using 15*25 double H thick aluminum profiles as guide rails, one A4 hard rubber sleeve per station (1800mm/station).

9. With lighting, use Qi Li brand 40W double-set with cover LED Tubes, 2pcs per 1.5 meters for the whole line.

10. Equipped with anti-static wire, using single-core copper wire, mounted on the top of the lamp holder for easy left and right movement.

11. The M12 adjustable foot cup is mounted under the bracket.

Assembly Line(Belt Line)

Size：L6M*W1.1M*H0.87M*6SET independent control.

1. The frame is made of 40*40 aluminium profile and its surface is oxidized.

2. The guide rail is made of 40*80 aluminium profile with a guide groove on the outside, which facilitates the mounting of the tool box and the surface oxidation treatment.

3. The motor adopts 1HP connected gear motor, the speed ratio is 1:60, with 1HP Taiwan frequency converter speed regulation, the speed is adjustable from 0-10 meters.

4. The belt width is 1100mm, and adopts 2mm PVC belt. The surface is welded with vertical strips and the conductor thickness is 15mm. The belt is supported by the pallet.

5. With lighting, use Qi Li brand 40W double-set with cover LED Tubes, 2pcs per 1.5 meters for the whole line.

6. With screw driver hanging rail, made of special aluminum profile, each meter is equipped with a special slide rail and pneumatic screwdriver balancer (C1-C13 position).

7. With the operation instructions, use special slide rails for support, and each meter is equipped with an A4 hard rubber sleeve process board.The top is equipped with crossbeams for the installation of electronic process board.

8. With sockets, above the lamp holder, with a three-Europa socket per meter.

9. Distribution of anti-static wires, installed on the top of lamp holder, made of 6 square single core wires, installation of the whole line.

10. Adding eye sensor switch at the end of the line body can stop 5set independent belt line.

11. Adding emergency shutdown switch to each independent assembly line.

12. Adjustable tape pad foot cup is arranged under the support frame.
